ITEM I. Mechanical (Lower Unit)
Dismantle table, saddle, and knee assembly.
Clean all items
Mattison grind top of knee, re-scrape saddle and the table square to key way.
Repair and refit (3) gibs.
Replace all oil lines and oil metering units not to quality standard.
Install new ball screws and nuts.
Reassemble complete , and test run
ITEM II: Spindle Head
Dismantle spindle head, upper and lower unit, and clean all items.
Replace belts, bearings, and bushings.
Reassemble complete, and test run.
ITEM III: Appearance
Clean, fill, sand, prime, and paint to customers requested color.
