- Hydraulic Ejector Pin
- The ejection unit initiates the movement of the ejection pins die and molds for plastic materials or die casting.
- Hydraulic Auxiliary Cylinder Controls 2+2 Connection
- The trial on slide’ and hydraulic cylinders’ movement is wholly integrated in the press. Through the touch panel it is possible to manage up to Max. 2 pairs of hydraulic cylinders (2 inputs and 2 outputs), either individually or synchronously.
- The operating pressure is variable, and it is always set on the touch panel. The hydraulic line connection is made using quick couplers and flexible hoses.
- Single Shot Energy Accumulators
- This operation sets up dies and molds for plastic materials, rubber and die casting. It is a hydraulic device that that is be fixed to the press’s upper plate. It functions to strike a shot on the closed mold, in order to better gauge the adjustment between the two mold halves (matrix and punch).
- The dynamic action of this device is independent from the press clamping movement. As a result, the dynamic action of the energy accumulator will be coupled with the press clamping force.
- Electronic Upper Plate Parallelism Anti-Unbalance Safety Device
- The control system includes 2 electronic measurement devices (heidenhain optical rulers) which continuously check the press upper plate position & parallelism compared to the lower plate, and which are located on the sides outside the upper plate, where columns are.
- Wax Injection Unit
- This function allows you to check the workpiece dimensions and the formation of burrs, to check the mold sealing to avoid the use of a production machine for spotting, to manufacture a visual sample for customers to provide a quality assurance as well as to check for the correct mold dynamic
- Extensible Lower Plate
- This system guarantees high repeatability accuracy equal to =/- 0.04mm
- It allows you to take the mold lower part (extensible, driven by the hydraulic cylinders) to a comfortable position for the work outside the press
- 360° Rotating Press Upper Plate
- For optimal access to the mold, the press upper plate can be rotated forward by 360°
- This means an advantageous working position maximizing working safety
